February 20 2014 build
| This is the article of a development build of Skyscraper Simulator.|
It has been confirmed a good-faith contribution to the Skyscraper wiki.
This build finally has the locale fix, which solves the strange script errors on certain people's systems (thanks to mas90009 for repoting the language issues back in October; I didn't realize that the issue was related to that back then). This error happened when users had their locale (mainly date/time/number format) set to a country that normally uses commas for decimal points. It was driving me crazy because I couldn't reproduce it, and it seemed as if there was no solution, until today when I finally found it due to both what I've found recently and also mas90009's message. This build also includes advanced math functions (and a power-of operator), which allows trigonometric calculations from script code - most of those functions simply call the compiler's C functions directly.
For the Windows builds I've packaged up the heavily optimized versions again, and so this build should be somewhat faster than the previous ones.
-combined floors 65 and 66 in the Glass Tower
-added Ogre 1.9 compatibility (builds still use Ogre 1.8.1)
-added power-of operator to Calc function in script interpreter
-added advanced math functions to script interpreter
-fixed StartsWith() function
-texture functions now report in verbose mode only (this is how the CS versions were)
-fixed default locale setting - this solves script error issues when running on machines with different locale settings
